February 2024-We found a 2019 Acrua MDX at Lot 31. My husband contacted Jim to inquire about the car. He was so nice and informative, no pressure at all. The only day we could travel from Tupelo, MS to Hoover was on a Sunday. Jim, his wife, and daughter met us at the dealership on a Sunday after church. We agreed on a price sight unseen. When we arrived, we looked at the car, no test drive needed, and completed the purchase. Highly recommend this family owned business, and we will be using them again when needed. Fantastic experience!

Car buying is rarely a nice experience, but Lot31 is an exception. Spotted a listing on FB, drove the car on Friday and purchased it on Monday. No pressure to finance or to bring in a trade. Just a simple purchase. I got a great deal on the car to boot. No fuss. I highly recommend this place.

They were nice, just couldn't make a deal. Walked away over $500. And they wouldn't have to detail the car, it was just brought in.

JAN 11, 2024 Today we drove to pick up a car we bought at Lot 31 in Hoover, AL– it was a 200 mile trip from our home in GA We purchased the car, sight unseen, and paid for the car 10 days earlier Jim and Will never cashed the payment check until we arrived and allowed us to inspect the car I cannot say enough about their demeanor, style and customer care Our car is gorgeous, looks brand new and drives perfectly These gentlemen at Lot 31 ‘raise the bar’ in regards to top shelf business conduct Debra Denison- Canton, GA

Got my wife a beautiful Infiniti Q50! She loves the car! I have personally known Sonny & Jim over 30 years! We have bought 3 different 4-Runner’s & several cars from them over the past 15 years. They only buy quality vehicles & have very reasonable prices. We highly recommend buying from Lot 31.
