It isn't every day you have such a great experience buying a car that they want to share it with everyone, but David at Lot31did just that. Coming in from another part of the country for just the right car was a challenge, which David coordinated with me to make as easy as possible. Aside from the excellent customer service, David also did a thorough job of explaining everything in great detail to so I had full knowledge of the deal and the vehicle condition. I truly understand why Lot31 has a large number of faithful repeat customers, both local and from all around the country. Many thanks David!

Lot 31 is an incredible, family oriented and focused Auto Broker in Hoover, AL. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish finding the PERFECT vehicle for us, getting our trade-in handled and they got us on the road with an amazing car. David Cooper is a wonderful, consumer focused car expert that I will trust again the next time I’m replacing a car. David Cooper at Lot 31 found the perfect car for me. I don’t like car shopping and I told David what I wanted and he located one with few miles, and the color and features I wanted. It was the easiest car buying experience. I knew David was trustworthy because I had bought cars from him many years ago and had a good experience then. It was good to be reconnected with him. I would recommend David and Lot 31 to anyone.
