I am an outdoor enthusiast and a forester so I needed a car that met the needs of my lifestyle, not just a car to commute. David listened to my needs and requests and helped me find the right car. I did not feel I had to buy on the lot immediately. He helped me search. I had in mind a tacoma or a 4Runner, but with my budget, it would have been an older car with more miles and I was open to other options. David mentioned a 2023 Subaru that had everything I was requesting, in my budget. Just a smaller car than what I had in mind. I have driven my Subaru Outback for a week now and I love it! It has been great traveling across the state, which I do frequently. It has enough room for my gear. It’s a beautiful car, too. I can’t wait to take it kayak camping next week!

Lot 31 is an incredible, family oriented and focused Auto Broker in Hoover, AL. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish finding the PERFECT vehicle for us, getting our trade-in handled and they got us on the road with an amazing car. David Cooper is a wonderful, consumer focused car expert that I will trust again the next time I’m replacing a car. Cannot recommend Lot 31 enough for anyone in the market for a great auto experience and we will definitely be back again!
