David Cooper at Lot 31 in Hoover Alabama was absolutely phenomenal! He made this process so easy and was so kind to arrange his schedule to meet our needs. Having a family emergency he was so willing to do everything he could to make this process as smooth and quick as possible. He was truly genuine, caring and compassionate about his job. I would totally use him and recommend him 100 times over again! Thank you so very much David! You were absolutely wonderful!

David Cooper is the best guy to work with in car sales. He made buying a car the easiest experience we’ve ever had. From his expertise to his efficient response times and encouraging communications, he made the overall process quick and simple. He’s the person you need to help you find a car that meets all your requirements. We wouldn’t shop anywhere else except Lot 31 in Hoover Birmingham. They’re just simply wonderful to work with and have a pretty good inventory of great used cars. This is our second time doing business with them and we would do it again.

I flew in from Michigan and David picked myself and my wife up at the airport and I picked up my dream car. A 23 Challenger Swinger, it was EXACTLY as was described to me on the phone. David and Jim went waaaaay above and beyond what I ever expected. Very polite and honest. I WILL be back here again.
